Pizza Hut in Rhinelander

Good pizza but two or three mushrooms for forty bucks... no toppings for price paid, better make homeade

Great service, pizzas tasted great, but the dining area was super cold

They give away free pizza when they make mistakes I've had 2 free pizzas in 2 weeks this place is great.

VERY unprofessional moment when a man had come from the back and aggressively yelled at me and my significant other making me very uncomfortable. Threatening and demanding what I was waiting for (assuming I didn’t order anything). And proceeded to yell at the entire staff. I wish he would have acted nicer there is a point that people are having a bad day and there is another point where they are scaring and intimidating customers. I wish I knew his name. On a side note Damien was very sweet and professional getting us our food as fast as possible.

Top notch service. New store is always clean, food is hot, and just the way I ordered it. Staff is very courteous and friendly. Last delivery came in under 30 minutes, and the driver was most pleasant. This new Pizza Hut is light years better than the old store. Very, very satisfied!!!

Since moving into this smaller space, I feel the service has been faster and the food tastes better.

Ordered pizza online. We were told pizza would be to us in 30 min. 60min later driver shows up pizza was cold and undercooked. Call and they said they would make fresh pizza and send it out. 45min later called and canceled because pizza was still not to us. Would give negative 2 stars but can not. Do yourself a favor and call Dominos and not the clowns at this Pizza Hut.

Ordered online, fast service.

I called 3 times. Repeated my order each time. Waited in the car out side the store ( to practice social distanceing) waited 1 hour. That said it would be 20min or so. Not very happy.

Not the worlds greats pizza. Its messy, and burn.

The food has gone down hill. Pizza topping are always old and dried the hell out. And then other times your pizza is not fully cooked and shows up almost 45 mins later under cooked and cold.

Worst pizza from any pizza place ever! No sauce and microscopic toppings. No flavor. Gave it one star due to quickness. But it was quick because there wasn’t hardly anything on it.

Really off putting sweet smell when entering. Tables weren't wiped down properly. Staff were all wearing jeans and sweat shirts as if they were part time mechanics. No professional appearances all around. Forks and knives had a layer of grease caked on. It felt like the cutlery needed a good scrub with an SOS pad. Staff were decent as most folk and delivered our pizzas to the table but again they weren't properly dressed. Wasn't a nice atmosphere BUT the pizzas were delicious. This is not a good dine-in place.

I called for delivery an it was enough but they said thats ok we will still deliver it. The pasta was great nice an hot the service that I received from this Pizza Hut was the best service ever Great staff keep up the great work

Excellent pizza.

The delivery drivers are nice and always early. The one time I had carryout and went inside to pick up our pizza the service was awful, the kitchen was filthy and staff was throwing pans on the floor to clean them. I was dumbfounded and have not had their pizza since.

Pizza was good. Bread sticks need more garlic and butter on them.

On hold for 15 minutes then hung up on. Called back hung up on immediately called a 3rd time and on hold for 5 minutes before being hung up on again. Last time I ordered everything was great except the time, it was over an hour and half before the food arrived. Not happy

Im done with this particular branch. I have been ordering twice a month for about 9 months from them. They always skimp on their toppings. Dont bother paying for "extra" anything because you wont get it. Tonight they forgot TWO toppings completely and a crust flavoring on my pizza. Im pissed but not surprised.--- UPDATE. Even though the company responded to my review which gave the impression that they want to make this right they have not responded to my email to them with the information that they requested. I will update if this ever gets resolved. If I do not update it did not get taken care of

To put this short and sweet, my experience here was absolutley terrible. Ordered online to claim a birthday deal and when i got there, they ended up being a half an hour after my order time. I drove my half hour home and find that the pizza was undercooked, crust was doughy, toppings were NONE of what i ordered, and the wings i got werent cooked all the way through either. I got incredibly sick after eating just one piece of pizza and 2 pieces of chicken. Its like they just threw together a random pizza and didnt let it cook like it was supposed to and sent me on my way. Ive never recieved such terrible service at any other pizza hut and id expect the owner to do something about the employees working there. Lastly, there was someone handling the pizzas after they were cooked with bare hands and i watched them constantly pick their skin and scratch their scalp and thats very unprofessional and unsanitary. Eat here at your own risk 😷

Ordered pizza for lunch for our office June 3, at 12:05 pm. waiting 2 hours and still no food/delivery. Tried to call the store with no answer. Sent my daughter to find out where our food was 2 hours later, and the store was locked no one was there. Very disappointed in service.

It's okay the lobby is a bit chilly but tgd wings were good. Service passable despite being short handed.

It's an okay place to get a pizza. But what's really disappointing to me is the amount of plastic they're still using. We ordered two different kinds of Wings to go. I was expecting a little paper carton, kind of like Kentucky Fried Chicken uses, but instead my husband comes with 2 huge round number 5 plastic containers, one for each order of wings. That is way too much nowadays, when we all know better. I hope somebody in the Pizza Hut hierarchy is rethinking this kind of container. Until they do we won't be ordering there again.

Every time that I order wings there's barely any sauce on them. It's been like this the last 2 times that I have ordered. The first time, they fixed it after I got home and realized they gave me 8 wings vs the 16 I paid for. The wings looked lightly drizzled in sauce and it's definitely not the standard for Pizza Hut. Today is the second time they came out like this and it's pretty annoying. I don't think I'll be ordering wings from this Pizza Hut again.

Very good pizza

Will not go back. Lack of sauce, asked for, and paid for extra cheese, not there. Crust tasted like flour and water mix. Spoke to a friend who also ordered on same day & had reaction. POOR quality.

No ice for drinks... Too cold in the dining area....our food was cold within 5 minutes. ... Went to stand outside in the sun to warm up. ..Food was ok. Pizza and wings.

The last few times I have came here my order was awful and today they didn't inform me that they were out of large pan pizzas so they changed my order and my order was supposed to be done 20 mins ago and is not done

Quick pizza and good customer service

Fast, friendly workers, clean store to eat in at. Rewards program is sweet. The only thing is sometimes their pizza doesn't turn out the best. We cant always put our finger on how its not great, but it's definitely no Merrill Pizza Hut.

Wasn't impressed.

We tried to order delivery a while back and there was no driver so they apologized and gave us a credit. A few days later we used about half of the credit and the girl who rang me up apparently deleted the rest of it which I suppose is expected because she was confused about the credit and tried charging me twice for my order. We won't be going back seeing as how the next person I talked to about the issue was rude and offered no attempt to rectify the situation. Very poorly staffed and run establishment!! We will definitely be sticking to Papa Murphy's from now on. The staff there is always super friendly, knowledgeable, and clean!

My order last 3 times were extremely difficult, I'd order & they never even started my order after I waited 20+ mins be four I came to wait another 35+ mins because of whatever it was....that happen twice in row, ( but gave me free order next time) but to only get me to come back witch I did and they did mess up my order over the phone,. That was engh for a bit, than I stoped again a couple mouth later thinking I'd give them time so I ordered and it was better but I was beat after all that. I prefer pizza hut over Dominos but service is much better at Dominos so out weigh pizza hut. But I'm willing to give it a shot again, been year or so seance my last visit

Very good pizza

Fast food pizza. It is quick and cheap and fills the stomach. Emphasis on preparation is getting it done as quickly as possible without providing an unsatisfactory experience. If you want a culinary experience look elsewhere but if you want your stomach full and your wallet not empty, this is the place to go.

Fast service and nice staff. My pizza was amazing, as if I were biting into saucy, cheesy heaven itself.
